Handle it or lose it

Objection Roulette

Spin the wheel. Wherever it stops, that's what the customer just said. Thirty seconds to answer, and then they push back. Because they always do.

Bring your own objections

Type the objections your team actually hears, one per line, and make a link. Send it to the room and their wheel has your objections on it. Nothing is stored anywhere: the objections live in the link itself.

How to run it

One spin, one seller, one customer played by whoever's sitting opposite. The answer has to acknowledge, reframe, and move. Not argue. Then the pushback arrives and you find out whether the first answer was a reason or a reflex. The room scores it: would you have carried on the conversation, or ended it? Two rounds each and the whole team has heard forty-eight objections handled, badly and well, in under an hour.

Four decks, twelve to sixteen objections each. Pushbacks are scripted for the built-in decks; custom decks get the customer's all-purpose comebacks.
